Anil Shah is the founder and President/CEO of MRCC. As a firm believer that building a successful institution is highly dependent on forging result-oriented partnerships and creating new knowledge, his extensive experience has steered MRCC to ride the waves of the changing digital landscape. Through several valuable joint ventures and august partnerships, he has guided MRCC to emerge as a global leader in simplified transformative solutions that have helped organizations enhance their people, processes, and technologies.
Anil holds a master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of New Haven, CT. He began his career as a software developer who developed trading systems. Anil has worked as a software engineer who has developed many applications and lower-level networking systems. The last job he held before founding MRCC was with DEC (Digital Equipment Corp). MRCC started as a software project development company, and later it developed into a global corporate learning, educational publishing, technology, and IT staffing solutions provider. Anil credits his success early on to his UNH professors and later to many colleagues, managers, and clients who required the best of him.
Outside MRCC, Anil can be found immersing himself in several philanthropic activities. He has helped run entrepreneurial workshops for community-based as well as educational organizations. He is a trustee of the Kutchi Jain Foundation (KJF) that provides housing to 2500 underprivileged families in Mumbai, India. He is a board of governor at the University of New Haven, Charter member of Tie-Boston.
His pioneering spirit has inspired many to never lose sight of the big picture, and he aims to nurture the next generation of leaders in the ideologies of symbiotic growth so that every individual aspires to play their part to affect a small change that will eventually lead to an exponential effect. His efforts in delivering transformative solutions have shaped the course of the organization, and it is the reason that today, MRCC is emerging as the number 1 simplified IT solutions provider in the world.
Deeptanshu Tiwari (also known as Deep), is the Chief Operating Officer at MRCC Group. He plays a critical role in helping the company expand its business globally. With a focus on growing the company’s revenue across targeted geographies, accelerating digital growth internationally, and investing in strong local leadership and talent, Deeptanshu is an integral part of MRCC’s continued success. Deeptanshu specializes in strategy, analysis, and enterprise-wide transformation.
As a leader and an architect, he focuses on product ideation, markets, operations, delivery, and unparalleled customer centricity. With over 15+ years of industry experience, Deeptanshu has developed a unique ability to navigate complex organizational challenges and incubate new business ventures. With a proven track record of increasing profitability and productivity from an operations perspective, Deeptanshu is passionate about achieving impeccable standardization and centralization of workflows.
He establishes benchmarks to achieve unparalleled quality and timely deliverables, ensuring that his team consistently meets and exceeds expectations.
Deeptanshu earned his Marketing degree from the Institute of Management Studies, Banaras Hindu University, and joined MRCC in 2019. He holds a distinguished rank in the prestigious Chief Executive Officer Programme from IIM Lucknow.
Ashok has over 22 years of experience and has been associated with MRCC for the past 3 years. He leads the IT, Digital & Technology domain at MRCC group and his responsibilities include development of technology-based solutions. His strengths lie in his technological expertise and business acumen, which help in developing various platforms and next- generation IT solutions. Ashok is proficient in leading design, development and marketing of consumer facing products and services. Ashok has deep expertise in building teams and collaborative workplaces. Focused and proactive professional with an extensive work experience across USA, Europe and APAC. His vision is to take the technology services at the current industries benchmarking including AI &ML. His core strength is problem solving.
Siva Peruvemba is the Director of Technology at MRCC who spearheads the long-term technology vision and drives innovation across the company. With more than 30 years of experience, he is responsible for reshaping the technology models to simplify, modernize, and empower the clients’ enabling IT systems that form the backbone of their business. He is an active leader in business and technology communities and devotes much of his efforts to pursuing Oracle eBusiness application implementation, customization, and upgrades. As an application developer and development manager in a wide variety of business applications, he specializes in business analysis, requirements evaluation and gathering, and designing technical solutions. He also provides development assistance for Oracle ERP/CRM applications, Oracle financials, manufacturing, distribution, and CRM modules.
Siva holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Statistics.
Outside of MRCC, Siva devotes his time to several community organizations as a lead volunteer.
Anita is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 17 years of experience in the HR domain. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to driving organizational success by developing and implementing effective HR strategies, policies, and practices. Having worked with industry-leading organizations such as Datamatics and Hindustan Times, Anita has gained extensive expertise in various aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and learning and development. Anita has played a pivotal role in streamlining HR processes and implementing innovative talent management strategies that contributed to the company’s growth and success in her previous engagements. She is a strategic thinker and a strong advocate for creating a people-centric culture within organizations. With a proven track record of delivering results and driving change, Anita is well-equipped to help organizations navigate the complex landscape of human resources management and create a thriving work environment that supports both individual and organizational success.
With over 7 years of professional experience, Jinal gained expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis, Budgeting, Working Capital Management, Financial Reporting, Secretarial, Legal, and Compliance. In addition, she also successfully managed large teams in her previous roles. Currently, at MRCC, Jinal is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing P&L, enhancing working capital productivity, increasing shareholder value, strengthening governance, and supporting various technology initiatives.
Mithun brings fifteen years of experience as a seasoned marketing leader and mentor, with a remarkable track record of successfully scaling multiple lines of business, driving operational excellence, and spearheading impactful brand engagement campaigns. His expertise in building Go-To-Market Plans for renowned Fortune 500 and 100 companies globally is truly commendable.
As a marketing evangelist, Mithun has made significant contributions across diverse industries, including EduTech, AI, e-commerce, BFSI, NBFCs, SAS, AI/IT, Auto, and media.
One of his major strengths is his hands-on experience strategizing and executing comprehensive marketing and digital transformation plans. Throughout his career, Mithun has been instrumental in driving growth and delivering exceptional performance-oriented results.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mithun is also a passionate Tea Connoisseur and actively mentors aspiring marketers in various B-Schools across India.
With 20 Years of experience in Operations Management, Devendra Kini (DK) has left an indelible mark at renowned organizations such as RKHS Hospitality, PVR Cinemas, and Aptech Computers. Over the last 17 years, he has been an integral part of MRCC Group’s success story, assuming pivotal roles in its remarkable journey.
A Commerce Graduate from Siddharth College of Law, Mumbai, Devendra embodies the belief that “Leaders look good in action, not position.” He has an eye for detail, is ready to accept challenges, is a solution provider, ensures the job is done, and can see and think through 360 degrees. Natural coaching and mentoring instincts have endeared him to his team members. At MRCC, he is currently supporting the CEO & COO desk on their priority requirements.
